Complete Systems has been owned and operated by Jeron Holland for over 12 years. Jeron was born and raised on the Eastern Shore and he is raising his family here.
Like so many other small businesses – Complete Systems grew out of technical skill, drive for quality work, and much ambition. Very quickly our staff grew from eight employees to over more than double.
Complete Systems has been handling small residential jobs since they opened their doors in 2008. With many repeat customers and new ones Complete Systems has been busy even though the economy was is through its struggles at this time, we keep growing and hiring electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians.
After many years of expanding our electrical, plumbing, and solar division we have completed a number of successful commercial and industrial projects. For these reasons, general contractors and municipalities, including those from out of state have sought Complete Systems services. This has led us to create many new and ever growing contractor relationships.
