During uncertain times, we will continue to do our part in the safest way possible, to ease anxiety by providing solutions for the electrical and plumbing needs of our clients.

The safety and well-being of our customers and our team is extremely important to us. We are continuing to evaluate the current coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. We also want you to know what we are doing to help keep you and our staff safe.

We understand that people are encouraged to practice “social distancing” as much as possible. However, home issues that may need attention can still occur.

Our team is aware of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and state guidelines concerning social distancing and hygiene. We want you to have peace of mind that we’re following local and federal guidelines to ensure your safety and that of our staff.

Our Protocols for Service Calls:

Call Screening – For the safety of all our clients and technicians will ask if you have been sick of feeling ill in the last 14 days.
Maintaining a recommended safe distance at all times
Washing and sanitizing hands before and after every job
Wearing fresh protective gloves and boot covers if entering a home
Providing a contact-less experience, so signatures and payments are collected electronically
